My name is Bruce Gray, and I made this blog to look into the interesting and changing world of work in the years before 2030. As someone who really wants to know how technology, especially AI, will affect our jobs, careers, and industries, I wanted a place to go into more detail about these changes.

I have worked in a lot of different fields for more than 20 years, so I know how technology and new ideas can change the workplace. From the beginning of my career to now, I have always been interested in how people and technology can work together to make new opportunities. So far, though, I think the next ten years will bring changes we have not even thought of yet.

My goal is to give you information, tools, and resources that will help you find your way and do well in the workplace of the future, whether you are an employee, an employer, or someone who is just interested in it.
